With 40 years of expertise, quality, and care, Animal wanted to expand into Europe.

Our task was to take a globally recognised brand and create proposition that resonates with the European market, driving direct-to-consumer growth across the region. The task was multifaceted; to generate brand awareness while building the product efficacy story and ultimately put more Animal into more hands.

In a saturated market where differentiation is rare, we wanted to create something bold and category counterintuitive, by showcasing what it really means to Be Animal. It’s not a command; it’s an invitation to embrace the grit, strength, and resilience that come with pushing beyond limits.

The brand proposition spanned multiple channel assets, including a new DTC website for the UK and Germany, eCRM workflows, assets to support paid media channels such as Google pMax and Amazon DSP, launch of social channels and an influencer plan and strategy with more channels to follow.
